1. I think Stanley is happy as he falls asleep looking up at the night sky and he thinks to himself that he is much happy now than he had ever been. As before this he was so unhappy school and had no friends and was even bullied. He likes himself now.
2. Stanley wants Zero to dig one more hole as he thinks that there might be treasure out there.
